It's been decades since I have undertaken any sort of artwork but this class caught my attention and was thoroughly enjoyable. Nadine was welcoming, informative and helpful throughout. Lovely to try something different.
- 3/5 from Severina, attended Dec 2023: What I liked: 1. the teacher, she is an artist and was kind and available to us with tips and encouragement. What I did not like: 1. the description of the event says “ Not only will you learn valuable skills and techniques, but you will also be able to take home your own handcrafted Christmas glass ornaments.” In reality you will either have to go back to the studio to collect the items in a couple of weeks or will be charged £8 extra to have them delivered in the UK. 2. Personally I did not learn much, you won’t see anything regarding the actual process of making glass, how it melts etc. you will just decorate and wait to see the result 3. The studio itself, including the bathroom and the kitchenette were not nice 4. We were working with glass but no safety training was covered. I paid attention while working but still cut myself a few times 5. I found the price way too expensive for the experience itself.

I'm an experienced artist, working across the fields of painting, print and fused glass, with works exhibited in London and New York. I love working with glass in particular, as it gives a tactile feeling that's often missing in this increasingly digital world.I can't wait to share my skills and experience with you, helping you to create beautiful fused glass art of your own!
