Full Moon Sound Bath Workshop

Timed to the full moon. One hour of deep rest and genuine release

1 hour

Class size 1 to 2 (public classes), 1 to 100
  £22

The full moon is the most powerful time to let go.
What has been building, weighing on you or quietly draining you, this is the moment to release it. The full moon marks a natural point of culmination, and this intimate sound bath is designed to support exactly that. One hour of deep, healing rest timed to the most potent night of the lunar cycle.
Lie down, close your eyes and let the sound do everything. Bathed in healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and more, your body is gently eased out of stress mode and into deep relaxation. Many people drift into a dreamlike state or fall asleep completely and that's entirely normal. Think of it as a massage for your mind and nervous system.
You don't need to be spiritual or experienced. Just show up and let go.
Coming on your own? Most people do. This is a warm, welcoming and pressure-free space. You can simply arrive, lie down and relax.
Upcoming full moons
29th June — Full Moon in Capricorn (the Strawberry Moon)
Grounding and purposeful energy. An invitation to release old obligations, pressure and the weight of doing too much for too long. This full moon also falls as Mercury retrograde begins — a cosmic nudge to slow down, go inward and stop pushing quite so hard.
29th July — Full Moon in Aquarius (the Buck Moon)
Forward thinking and liberating energy. A moon for releasing what feels restrictive and reconnecting with what makes you feel most like yourself.
28th August — Full Moon in Pisces (the Sturgeon Moon) — Lunar Eclipse
One of the most emotionally powerful moons of the year. Deep, healing and transformative. A beautiful time to release what has been sitting beneath the surface.
26th September — Full Moon in Aries (the Harvest Moon)
Bold and energising. A moon for releasing anger, frustration or anything you have been holding onto too tightly.
Please arrive a few minutes before the start time. Doors close promptly to protect the peaceful space for everyone.
This session isn't suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, or with epilepsy, severe heart conditions or severe mental health disorders such as schizophrenia.

I created Sound Sanctuary London with one simple aim: to make the transformative power of sound therapy accessible to as many people as possible.
Sound healing is a science-backed method of improving wellbeing, rooted in the physics of vibration and resonance. But I came to it through personal experience rather than a textbook. After burning out from a corporate career, my love of music drew me toward sound. I experienced the benefits first hand, became fascinated by how and why it works, and trained to earn my professional diploma in sound healing.
I now hold regular sound baths for relaxation, stress relief, new and full moon rituals and intention setting, as well as goddess workshops and retreats. I have also worked in corporate environments and provided bespoke experiences for brands including Sephora and L'Oréal, and for guests at five-star hotels across London.
Every session I create is designed to be warm, welcoming and accessible. You do not need any experience or spiritual background to benefit. You just need to show up.
If you are interested in a private or bespoke sound bath experience for your group, event or workplace, please get in touch.
