The Old Print Works was easy enough to find. Parking was a bit of an issue but we soon found a space not too far away. Melanie, our tutor was friendly, patient and helpful. We were taken through each stage slowly and assisted when necessary. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day and we produced lovely initials placed in a small box frame and a beautiful bookmark.

The venue was cold and after sitting for a few hours I became very cold. The materials were very good. Learnt different techniques in making items out of metal sheet. Class was good value for money. Loved learning a new technique. But the letdown was we were not offered a hot drink or the promised cake. Could have done with the drink as the venue was cold.

Mel was a fantastic teacher and was generous with her time and materials (great value). I’d recommend this class to anyone crafty who would like to try something a bit different!
