Wild Food and Fungi Foraging Experience: Bastille Day Ratatouille

We’re thrilled to invite you to join us for an unforgettable foraging experience in London blending nature, creativity, and connection. Perfect for a friend’s day out or a relaxed date, this wild food experience is all about collaboration and creating delicious memories together. We’ll head out with Fergus in Hackney Marshes to identify seasonal wild plants and herbs, discovering how best to work with them in the kitchen.New to foraging? No worries! This experience is designed to be accessible and supportive, with plenty of guidance along the way. Fergus will help you identify plants safely and confidently, sharing tips and knowledge as you go, so you can fully enjoy the process.What to expect:

• A guided forage through Hackney Marshes with Fergus.
• Learn to identify seasonal wild plants and herbs safely.
• Gather ingredients to create a delicious, seasonal ratatouille.
• Customise your dish with a range of fresh herbs --- and perhaps even some fungi!
• Time to enjoy your meal together and ask questions about foraging and Tevin’s unique Herbivore creations.
• Feel free to bring your own wine or beer.
