What you'll do
Make soft steamed bao from scratch. Mix and knead the dough, prepare fillings and practise shaping each bun before steaming.Your teacher guides the process, with materials and equipment supplied. Enjoy your warm bao together at the end of a hands-on session for friends, teams or private gatherings. We arrive an hour early to set up and stay 30 minutes afterwards to clean.

Make sure there are sockets available to power our kitchen equipment. A sink for cleaning hands and tools is essential. A spacious, tidy table for everyone to use as a workstation is necessary.
