  • 5/5 from Fiona Flannery, attended Apr 2026: Lovely class!
  • 5/5 from Lynn Macdonald, attended Mar 2026: This was the second time I have signed up to a class run by Kerry and I thoroughly enjoyed it! It is only the second time I have tried watercolours. We painted cone flowers today, and Kerry went through each stage carefully, so it was relatively easy to remember each stage before we moved on to the next section. The class wasn't too big, which gave Kerry plenty of time to move amongst us and help with suggestions etc when we needed it. She was very encouraging and positive. I would definitely recommend Kerry's classes.
  • 5/5 from Ms Julia Marriott, attended Aug 2025: Really enjoyable class with a great teacher. Highly recommended!

Hello, I’m a freelance illustrator working out of my studio in Hatch End, London. A few years ago I had a career change and am now a self taught freelance illustrator.
Although it’s still early days, I’ve been lucky that people like my style enough to commission and collaborate with me to create illustrations for their products. I've also completed a teaching qualification and love to share my painting style in my workshops.
My style is inspired by the feelings of freedom, energy and grace in dance. I try to bring that vitality and movement to everything I paint. My absolute favourite mediums to work in are watercolour and ink as they capture movement brilliantly with their fluid, splashy nature. They have an unpredictability that surprises with lots of happy accidents and they are so gestural and expressive.
I hope you’ll join me at one of my workshops in the near future.
Thanks for visiting me!
