I’m Theana, an Energy Alchemist, Spiritual Coach and the founder of Moon Haven, a growing spiritual community and platform dedicated to healing, transformation and deep soul connection.My journey into this work didn’t start in the spiritual world, it started in corporate. After nearly 20 years in fast-paced environments, I reached a point where something felt missing. Beneath the structure and success, I knew there was more that I could do. What began as personal exploration quickly evolved into my life’s work.Today, I facilitate workshops, healing sessions and immersive experiences that help people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, heal and step into their next level. My work blends energy healing, coaching, intuitive guidance and spiritual tools in a way that is both grounded and deeply transformative.I’ve taught hundreds of clients through 1:1 sessions, group workshops and large events across London, Glastonbury and festivals. My sessions range from Reiki and energy healing to Akashic Records journeys, manifestation workshops, sound baths and moon circles. I also work with corporate clients, bringing mindfulness, wellbeing and energy alignment into the workplace through curated experiences.Teaching is one of my greatest passions because I get to witness real transformation in real time. There is something incredibly powerful about holding space for someone’s breakthrough, whether that’s clarity, emotional release or a deep sense of coming home to themselves.Something many people don’t realise about this work is that it’s not about being “woo” or escaping reality. It’s about becoming more present, more empowered and more aligned in everyday life.
