  • 5/5 from Fis Noibi, attended Jul 2026: My dad, sister and I came as a Father’s Day gift to my dad (he loves egg) and it was wonderful. Simon and Hanna are lovely, patient and very knowledgeable. The place was very easy to find. Our favourite dish was the “egg bolognese” then the marinated boiled egg. Thank you both for a great environment and fabulous class :)
  • 5/5 from Rachel Haworth, attended Dec 2025: I took my boyfriend for his birthday and we loved it! Simon and Hanna were so welcoming and the class was really informative. My boyfriend particularly enjoyed making the ‘mock crab’. Would definitely recommend as a fun and informative experience.
  • 5/5 from Jasmin Moreau, attended Sep 2023: This is a wonderful experience with Hanna. She is very nice and patient with us. Our cooking skill probably below average. Hanna taugh us very well. She demonstrates first and let us practice with her instructions. The tomato and egg dish is very surprised. It looks nice and tastes good too. Never had anything like that before. However Hanna says it is the most common dish in China. The time passed very quick. We managed to cook 4 dishes and had very full belly after eating them all. We will definitely be back for more classes.
  • 5/5 from Pierre Feral, attended May 2023: Very friendly environment, I had a lot of fun and the food was delicious. I would recommend.

At Hanna and Simon's Foodie Kitchen, we believe cooking is more than following recipes — it is a craft, a culture, and a shared experience.
Founded in London with a passion for precision and authenticity, we specialise in immersive Asian culinary workshops that combine traditional knowledge with hands-on learning.
From sushi masterclasses to Chinese tea ceremonies and artisan dessert experiences, every class is designed to give you more than just a finished dish. We teach you the “why” behind the technique — so you leave with confidence, not just instructions.
Precision.
Our sushi classes focus on technique, structure and presentation.
We guide you to create beautifully shaped rolls with professional standards — even as a beginner.
Culture.
Our tea and Matcha workshops explore centuries of history and philosophy, helping you understand the story behind what you taste.
Creativity.
Our dessert workshops celebrate colour, texture and joy — turning simple ingredients into stunning, handcrafted treats.
We keep our classes small to ensure personal guidance and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re joining for a date night, birthday, team event or simply to learn something new, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and thoughtfully designed space.
Many of our weekday sessions feel almost like private classes — giving you time to ask questions and refine your skills.
Our Philosophy
Craft. Culture. Confidence.
We believe learning should feel rewarding, not rushed.
Beautiful, not complicated.
Professional, yet welcoming.
When you leave our studio, we want you to feel proud of what you’ve created — and confident enough to recreate it at home.
