Turn your Sunday brunch into something a little more special with this punch needle workshop at Rubar Cafe in Greenwich, where you'll learn a beautiful new craft over coffee, croissants, and a glass of bubbly on arrival.
With just six participants per session, this one stays wonderfully intimate – Maria gives everyone plenty of individual guidance, so you'll leave with a real handle on the fundamentals and the confidence to keep creating at home. You'll work on a cherry tomato vine wall hanging, starting with practice materials to get the hang of the punch needle technique before moving on to your main piece.
It's a lovely way to meet like-minded people who share a love of making, whether you come solo or bring a friend along – plenty leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and a few new creative friends too.
Everything's included: yarn, fabric, punch needle tool, embroidery scissors, and a hoop, along with practice materials so you can build confidence before starting your finished piece.
By the end, you'll take home a completed wall hanging in a hoop – a keepsake you'll have made entirely yourself.
