  • 5/5 from Lily Sauc, attended Aug 2026: Tina was excellent, informative, and the class was fun and delicious! We had a really good time and will definitely come back soon. Thank you Tina!
  • 5/5 from Gabrielle Key, attended Apr 2026: What a great way to spend a morning. Tina’s hospitality and teaching were first class. Refreshing tumblers of iced fruit drink on arrival and then she took us through all the stages of making a beautifully clear and spicy bone broth for a Pho and then a summer king prawn wrap and dipping sauce. We later used the broth to create a Vietnamese beef pho. The food was delicious and we had plenty to take home too. Thank you Tina. Would definitely recommend.
  • 5/5 from Juliette Richards, attended Jan 2026: Excellent class, Tina was so relaxed and easy to talk to, explained things clearly and used really high quality ingredients. I really enjoyed it.
  • 5/5 from Chris Gullick, attended Jan 2025: Excellent class, relaxed environment, great food. Tina knows all about the food culture and traditions of the recipes. My favourite class yet!

Hi, I’m Tina. I come from the island of Java in Indonesia from a town called Sumedang, nestled in lush rice paddies. I have grown up around food. From as far back as I can remember, I used to help my mum prepare and sell her delicious homemade cooking to the surrounding villages. Since moving to the UK over ten years ago, I have learnt to experiment with ingredients and spices that I have grown up with, to liven up and give a twist to everyday meals. So if you are passionate about Southeast Asian food but don’t have the confidence to cook, come and learn with me and I’ll have you cooking like a native in no time.
