Hi, I’m Tina. I come from the island of Java in Indonesia from a town called Sumedang, nestled in lush rice paddies. I have grown up around food. From as far back as I can remember, I used to help my mum prepare and sell her delicious homemade cooking to the surrounding villages. Since moving to the UK over ten years ago, I have learnt to experiment with ingredients and spices that I have grown up with, to liven up and give a twist to everyday meals. So if you are passionate about Southeast Asian food but don’t have the confidence to cook, come and learn with me and I’ll have you cooking like a native in no time.

A lovely birthday gift. The teacher was kind, friendly and the dishes she taught were delicious. It was a treat to prepare and eat and learn how to cook such wonderful food in great company. A truly memorable occasion

Creating memories is a long lasting gift. I loved the day. Tina provides a clean environment, actively listens and brings excellent chef skills to share to us all. Explained each ingredient and what quality products to use. Tips on how to prolong freshness of herbs. Shows her values to preserve the environment and not waste any food.
Lots of space. Everything Tina has pre prepared like the ingredients provides such a fun experience. Welcoming, kind hearted and very very knowledgeable in Asian cooking culture.
Cleanliness is a must, and Tina is very clean. Meals tasted so great. Will be eating the rest of what I could not finish eating on the day tonight.
Aromatic, authentic, amazing end results. Tasty for sure! Felt like I was eating in Thailand!
