Q: How do we find the studio?
We are located at 14 Grove Hill Rd, East Dulwich. Simply knock on the front door and we will let you in!
Q: What should I wear to my class?
If you are hand building or painting, you shouldn’t be getting too messy. If you are working on the wheel, wear something you don’t mind getting a bit of clay on. Everything will come out in the wash.
Q: Is parking available?
Unfortunately we do not offer parking at the moment. Although, there is good access to parking in the surrounding areas, including the East Dulwich Sainsbury’s carpark.
Q: How long will it take for my pieces to be ready? / How do I pick them up?
It will take us roughly 3 weeks to process all pots, we will send an email notifying you when they are ready for collection. Time slots will be allocated for collection of your pots, organised in accordance with the studio. We can also have your pots delivered for a small fee.
Q: What ages is this class suitable for?
A: Adults & 8+ years. An adult must accompany any attending kids (the adult may observe for free).
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: Free to cancel or reschedule up until 3 days before the class
Q: How long does the class run for, and what's the price?
A: 2 hours, £40 - £50 per guest (£50 per guest when you book for 1+ guests, £40/guest for 4+ guests)
