What you'll do
What if you gave yourself permission to do nothing — except listen, feel, and flow?Begin with a deeply calming sound bath, allowing the vibrations to quieten the mind and bring you back to yourself. Then take that feeling onto paper.Ink meets water. Colours drift, merge, and move. There’s nothing to control and nothing to get right — simply a chance to follow the movement and see what unfolds. This isn’t an art class. It’s a moment for you. A space to slow down. To release. To play. To reconnect.Sound becomes colour. Stillness becomes movement.Come and experience an afternoon of frequency & flow.Available as a private experience for private groups, team wellbeing, and corporate bookings.
What you'll get
Sound bath, intuitive ink painting, a soulful and restful experience.
