My love of textiles began many years ago as a textile student, where I discovered the joy of creating with fabric and the endless possibilities of sewing. Like many people, life took me in quite a different direction as I focused on family life and juggled work...my sewing machine spent more time waiting than stitching.Around ten years ago, I rediscovered that passion, and it quickly became much more than a hobby. Since then, I've been developing my skills, exploring new techniques, and sharing my love of making with others.I'm delighted that this year I've achieved a long-held dream by opening my own home studio, where I now teach quilting and textile workshops in a relaxed, friendly environment. I believe everyone can enjoy creating something beautiful, whether you're picking up a needle for the first time or building on existing skills.My workshops are all about learning, creativity, and taking time for yourself. I love helping people gain confidence, discover new techniques, and leave with something they're genuinely proud to have made.I can't wait to welcome you into the studio and share the joy of sewing and textiles with you.
