Perfect for tea lovers, curious beginners, and anyone looking to slow down and enjoy a mindful experience, no previous experience is needed.What you'll do
- Taste a curated selection of premium Japanese matcha while learning how it is grown, stone-ground, and traditionally prepared.
- Compare different matcha grades, origins, and flavour profiles through a guided tasting.
- Learn to whisk matcha using traditional tools and techniques under Mariko's expert guidance.
- Discover the timeless art of Ikebana, the Japanese practice of flower arranging that celebrates harmony, seasonality, and simplicity.
- Create your own elegant Ikebana arrangement using a traditional kenzan (pin frog), guided by Sally.
