Join Bailando Thursdays at Metropolis London in Vauxhall for one of London's most vibrant salsa communities. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, there's a place for you here every Thursday night.
The evening starts with a FREE Intro to Salsa Class at 7:00pm, designed especially for beginners and anyone wanting to try salsa for the first time in a fun and welcoming environment. No pressure, just the chance to discover what salsa feels like with people who genuinely want you to enjoy it.
From 7:30pm to 8:30pm, join two full hours of salsa classes with the talented F K Dance Team. Three different levels run each hour, so you can learn at the level that suits you best. You'll work on partner work, technique, musicality, styling, footwork, and social dancing skills – all taught in a high-energy and supportive atmosphere where everyone's cheering each other on.
After classes, stay for the social dancing and experience one of London's best Latin dance communities. Great music, friendly dancers, genuine connection – it's the perfect way to practise what you've learned and feel the real joy of salsa dancing together. This is where the spark happens: where you discover your rhythm, meet people who love to dance, and become part of something vibrant and welcoming.
