Join us for an exquisite Chinese cooking class in London where you will immerse yourself in the art of creating classic dim sum and leave with delicious treats to enjoy later.
In this workshop, you will discover how to make Har Gau prawn dumplings and Siu Mai chicken and foie gras dumplings under the expert guidance of our Head Chef Ederson. Here's what you can expect:
What to expect:
  • Learn the traditional shapes and techniques for crafting dim sum pastry.
  • Create your own dim sum using a variety of high-quality ingredients such as prawns, chicken, chilli, ginger, and garlic.
  • Compete to make the best dim sum and win a prize from our team.
Throughout the class, you will work hands-on with the ingredients and gain confidence in your cooking skills. You'll leave feeling inspired and eager to recreate these delicacies in your own kitchen.
By the end of the activity, you will take home the recipes for the dim sum you mastered, allowing you to continue your culinary journey.
