- 5/5 from Claire Young, attended Sep 2026: Great afternoon making cocktails & pizza. Starts in the bar, with a demonstration of cocktail making, then you go behind the bar and make your own. Moving into the restaurant next door, a history lesson about pizzas, lots of infomation about the importance of ingredients, then you make your own pizza with your choice of toppings. We were there for over three hours, enjoyed every minute. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended. Thank your for such a fantastic afternoon.

Getting to use the smoke cloche in cocktail making (and getting tips from behind the bar) was a lifetime first, and then the pizza was fabulous. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and we had two of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life. Don’t sleep on this class, it’s well worth the trek.

So yummy and such a fun experience!!! Would recommend to everyone!! :))
