What you'll do
In this illuminating maternity photography workshop in Kettering, you'll learn how to create stunning high-key and low-key images using minimal lighting setups. You'll master the art of directing your model, incorporating props and materials to craft unique looks, and utilising studio dresses to enhance your shots.Stepping into the world of maternity photography might seem daunting, but this hands-on workshop will equip you with the skills and confidence to capture beautiful, emotive images. Whether you're a novice or looking to refine your techniques, this class offers valuable insights for all skill levels.The workshop unfolds in a practical, engaging format. You'll observe as the instructor sets up five distinct lighting scenarios, including one using two lights. Then, you'll have the opportunity to put your newfound knowledge into practice:
- Each participant will have a dedicated 5-minute session to photograph the model
- Additional time may be allocated if the group size is smaller
