What you'll do
Choose Your Fabric
The first step will be to choose your fabric from our selection of Christmas fabrics. We have a large selection of non Christmas fabrics available as well.
Prepare Your Fabrics
Prepare your fabrics for sewing and choose a lining.
Sew the Pieces Together
Construct the baskets using the sewing machine.
Finished Product
Insert lining to outer and turn though! You will have a brilliant finished product!

Your teacher
We are passionate about teaching and developing skills in all textiles based disciplines. Dressmaking, printing, dying, weaving, fashion illustration, pattern cutting and so much more. We offer sewing machine classes for children and adults in all aspects of textiles and sewing in our dedicated workshop space in Sutton. Stitches Academy has been running for over 10 years. We run classes in our workshop, in local schools and within our community. We are specialists in teaching enjoyable, engaging embroidery sessions for children of all ages. Our founder Sarah is also a Repair specialist for Primark. She teaches repair and embroidery skills in their stores all over England.
