  • 4/5 from Julie Cullivan, attended Feb 2026: Really enjoyed this class. We were given a complete kit which included paints, silicone gel, cups, gloves, spatulas and four small canvases etc. I would have liked the option to purchase a larger canvas but the teacher was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend!
  • 5/5 from Julie Vinand, attended Nov 2025: Great class, really enjoyed it. Lots of tips to try with kit taken home
  • 5/5 from Susan Oliver, attended Aug 2025: A lovely introduction to paint pouring & Sue was helpful & knowledgeable. A calming craft if somewhat messy (glad I took a disposable apron). But be prepared to transport home as the picture remains wet for some time. Would recommend.
  • 5/5 from Iwona Strycharska, attended Aug 2025: Great fun, very relaxing
  • 5/5 from Janet McDonald, attended Jul 2025: This workshop as belated birthday present. I have never tried this craft before but so pleased I did. Susan is very knowledgable and we both had a relaxing time pouring paint and also the tadaa! method. Can get messy but that is part of the fun. Leeds Hobbycraft is my place to go if not to buy but to look and meet my friends! Who work there.
  • 3/5 from Carolyn Langfield, attended Jun 2025: We enjoyed our class and Sue was very nice but it would have been useful to know that we would need to take home 4 very wet canvases which are quite large. We expected them to dry quickly or to be collected later.
  • 5/5 from Chantelle, attended Sep 2024: This was a brilliant paint pouring class, with just three of us being there it was a great balance of time from Charlie who herself was very knowledgeable and easy to chat to. The class was amazing value for money and getting to bring the kit home to use at our leisure was great. I bought a friend this as a birthday present and brought my 13 year old daughter who also loved it. I also loved that we were also able to do an extra canvas in the class after doing the coasters. It was all well thought out and Charlie made sure we had everything we needed and minimal mess when taking it all home!
  • 5/5 from Dot, attended Apr 2024: Really enjoyed the workshop.Straightforward instruction and we produced some great looking and varied canvases. Looking forward to collecting them once they are dry. Plenty of space to work. Good value for money, would recommend.
  • 5/5 from Samuel Reynolds, attended Feb 2024: Really great time! Charlie was awesome, had such a lovely date night and will be looking to do it again.
  • 4/5 from Sarah Wilby, attended Jan 2024: The class was booked for a private group of four. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly, answering all our questions. All materials were provided and we were able to take what was left home to continue creating should we wish. The manager was also on hand to assist. Thoroughly enjoyable experience that i would recommend.
  • 5/5 from Ann, attended Sep 2023: Crown Point Leeds Sue was very enthusiastic and informative. This was a birthday gift for my 11 year old granddaughter and I to experience together. We had a great time and came away with lots of ideas. The Box of acrylics was larger than I expected with lots of equipment. Tips Take a disposable plastic apron if you can. We did not make coaster but two 20cm x 25 cm canvas. All good but I had taken containers for coaster, probably think taking pizza boxes or similar would be best. As there are no facilities for washing take wipes. Sue kindly washed all of our pouring cups. Thank you to all
  • 5/5 from Carol Skerritt, attended Sep 2023: Great instructor. Simple explanation, patient and encouraging. Will definitely try something else. Confident to continue at home.

The venue was the best part, it's so vibrant and lively that u forget ur daily life stress. Must recommend go try once. The art came out beautifully inspite of this being my only art experience
  • 5/5 from Francesca Galli, attended Jun 2022: Apart from the lift not working (I'm disabled luckily not in my wheelchair today) this was a great session. Sue was great she helped me on the stairs and carried everything for me. We had a good time chatting about different things how to mix paint & I experimented with different things. Good advice on different things to try. I was pleased with my first attempts. The kit is a good starting point. You'll be taking your art home so remember to line your car boot with a bin bag or similar in case of paint run. Really enjoyed it.
  • 5/5 from Helly Paterson, attended May 2022: Wonderful, helpful and fun staff. Susan and Andy were a blast and Susan was knowledgeable enough to cater to our level and adapt it to suit our needs as we went. This was a surprise gift to my two friends so the presentation of the kitsbto start with was a beautiful and unexpected surprise even for me. Lots of fun. I would have booked a third space for myself if I'd have known to contact you direct I just assumed that all the spaces had been taken not that it was limited to two. Know now that it always worth contacting the store to check numbers of courses that the store have rightly set limits to to ensure excellent service user experience and quality tutor time. As a teacher, who regularly crafts with groups, I was impressed with the service. I will be back for more events! Have lots more photos if you'd like them!
  • 5/5 from Julie Kay, attended Apr 2022: I had a really great time learning some of the techniques of fluid art. The teacher was good, explaining clearly what quantities and order the paints needed to be mixed in. It was messier than I thought it would be but great fun The kit was a great beginners kit and good value. I would recommend this class
