The entire course takes approximately 1 hours.

K Craft Studio have no responsibilities about any participants’ allergy reactions.

Tuition fees are non-refundable. If there are any changes to the class time, notification must be given 48 hours before the original class time. The change can be made at most once. Please Note We Don't Do Any Last Minutes Rescheduling.

Tuition fee includes all materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not permitted. Rescheduling is allowed if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Each guest is allowed to reschedule once only.

Late Charge Policy: A late charge will apply if customers arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Late by 15-30 minutes: Additional 30% of the session fee
Late by more than 30 minutes: Additional 50% of the session fee

We enforce this policy strictly as our sessions run hourly. Late arrivals impact the following session and other customers’ experience.

That said, I think it could be even better if the host were a bit more relaxed or had another colleague helping out. It might also be nice if the experience were slightly longer—perhaps making two candles or adding another small element to make it feel more lively and engaging. Overall though, it’s a cute, enjoyable little activity!
