  • 4/5 from Nikita Gupta, attended Feb 2025: The teacher was very kind. I was a beginner so she started from the basics. I was struggling a bit to grasp the working but she was very patient to explain the concepts a number of times. Learnt to do the chain stitch, treble. Good class
  • 5/5 from Kathryn Prosser, attended Jan 2025: Had a lovely 2 hours learning how to crochet a granny square. It’s by no means perfect, but practice makes perfect and they let you take the hook and wool home with you so you can practice!
  • 5/5 from Ashley Rutschi, attended Oct 2024: Starting with the studio itself, it was a beautiful and creative place. We had plenty of space and there was also the opportunity to use a toilet. Secondly the woman who gave the Workshop was super friendly and extremely helpful! I loved this Workshop. And also the other people there were so nice. We had a great chat with each other and it was great fun. We learned so much and had fun for 2h straight. I would definitely recommend this Workshop! It‘s a great choice!
  • 4/5 from Gemma Lewis, attended Aug 2024: This was advertised as a beginner class but it was not suitable for complete beginners. It was enjoyable but much too difficult for someone who has never crocheted before!
  • 5/5 from Jessica Waugh-Bacchus, attended Apr 2024: This was a great class! I’ve never been able to crochet granny squares so my flatmate and I went along and Valeria explained everything to us super clearly and patiently. She was an excellent teacher and we both walked away with gorgeous granny squares!
  • 5/5 from Iman Shahul, attended Mar 2024: Valeria was patient and great in explaining the elements of the granny square and took ample time in demonstrating how to get those tricky bits done, we were 3 in the session and she helped each of us through it, absolutely recommend!
  • 5/5 from Shireen, attended Jan 2024: After mentioning wanting to do crochet, I was gifted a voucher for my birthday and was excited to find a class which was closer to home and better value than other crochet classes I had seen. The location was great and really fun as it's in an old shipping container. The class itself was really good; I found the instructions given by the lovely teacher were clear and informative and it made it easier to pick up the basics and she was also very patient. During the class you start with the basics, firstly learning how to hold your hook and thread, how to create loops and from there, how to make a granny square. All the materials were provided and you get to take home the hook and a little bit of thread so you're able to finish making your creation in your own time. Would highly recommend this class if you're wanting to learn to crochet and you're a complete novice like I was.
  • 5/5 from Louise, attended Nov 2023: Really fun class on learning the basics of crochet. I'm looking forward to practicing while watching TV!
