Join us for Soulwalking for Men, a dedicated branch of our mixed-gender Soulwalks designed to facilitate a therapeutic and restorative experience. Led by wellbeing coach and Soulwalk Leader Andrew Cuerden, this session guides you with warmth, sensitivity, and years of experience.
This space is specifically for men (he/him) aged 18 and over who want to explore what it means to live a grounded, soulful, and emotionally intelligent life. Think of this as a moving Sangha – a supportive gathering in motion. It is a place where we walk side by side and sit in a circle to speak from the heart, listen deeply, and rediscover authentic belonging without competition, domination, or judgement.
If you are hesitant about joining, please rest assured that there is no formal therapy or advice-giving involved. Instead, you are held within responsibly guided social support where your mind, heart, and soul can breathe. You do not need to be spiritual or hold any particular beliefs; all that helps is a curious mind and a willingness to look inward.
During the walk, we blend the natural benefits of being outdoors with simple embodied practices – such as mindful breathing and moving – to facilitate greater presence. Groups are kept small, with no more than 12 men per leader, ensuring everyone feels seen and heard. We usually walk around 3 km, never more than 5 km, and the pace is always easy with a focus on connection rather than mileage.
Our aim is to support:
  • A clearer understanding of ourselves and one another
  • Better mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social wellbeing
  • A stronger, more respectful relationship with the natural world
Occasionally, our walks include contributions from local botanists, foragers, artisans, or storytellers to enrich the experience. By the end of the session, you will have had the chance to steady yourself, grow in good company, and remember that you do not have to walk through life alone.
What you'll get
  • A more balanced/regulated nervous system.
  • Friendly connection and community.
  • Simple gentle exercises to take home and help you regulate your own nervous system.
  • A safe space to be seen and heard as you are.

Our story is one of soulful serendipity, integration and love.
For Soulhub founder, Carmen Rendell, it started in April of 2016. Carmen had come from a sporting and corporate career in marketing and comms. However she had found herself disillusioned by corporate culture and decided to re-qualify as a psychotherapist. However she missed the team aspects that she had enjoyed in her sporting and corporate days so began creating a community of people dedicated to therapeutic and self-development practices. Hence the birth of Soulhub Ltd.
For Co-director of Soulhub, Andrew Cuerden it began with a life-long dedication to partner dancing, yoga, personal development coaching and healing. As well a "chance" meeting of a fellow South African at Richmond polling station that had been to the same high school as him in South Africa as well as many other serendipitous situations.
Through this fellow "Saffa" Andrew and Carmen met in March 2020, 1 week before Lockdown. Andrew began offering online dance classes for Soulhub during the pandemic. But before too long they became life partners and co-directors of Soulhub Ltd.
They share a vision of healing people and planet by bridging worlds through creating spaces, services and events that the heart knows and the soul craves.
Soulhub is a wellbeing consultancy and community that partner with a variety of individuals and organisations that deliver ethical and sustainable wellbeing solutions for all.
