Guided by experienced chefs Hanna and Simon, you’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare the dough, make the custard filling, wrap, and cook your buns. By the end of the class, you can enjoy your buns at the studio or take them home to share.
Classes are held in a small, spacious, air-conditioned London studio, with private sessions often available on weekdays.

Important Booking Information
  • Price is per person. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket.
  • This is an adult-only class (18+).
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
  • Class duration is an estimate and may vary depending on group size.
No Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another adult (18+). Notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling incurs a £50 fee per person and must be requested at least 7 days before your class date.
Arrival & Punctuality
Classes begin promptly. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.
Health & Safety Policy
  • For the safety of all guests and in line with UK food hygiene guidance, anyone experiencing vomiting, diarrhoea, or similar symptoms must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before attending the class
  • Guests may be asked to confirm this upon arrival
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry if this requirement is not met

Knowledge required
  • Beginners are welcome. Just remember to cut nails, it will help.
  • A person under 18 cannot attend the class at all. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
