  • 5/5 from Barbara Wildmann, attended Oct 2025: This extrusion pottery class was awesome! I’ve never seen this concept anywhere else before. It really allows you to focus on the fun decorative side of pottery since they give you clay shaped into a mug or vase already and you create the decorations for them. You don’t have to turn clay into the mug or vase yourself but you do have the option to change the shape since the clay is soft. So it’s easy to do and guarantees you leaving with a functional piece of ceramic that is totally personalised which makes it super fun and stress free! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, helping us every step of the way and answering all our questions with warmth and enthusiasm. Will definitely be bringing all my friends here it was really great

It was such a unique and fun experience — the extrusion process was unlike anything I’ve seen at other pottery studios in London. Everything was so well organised — truly one of the most creative and enjoyable classes I’ve done!
  • 5/5 from Anitha Sri, attended Oct 2025: İnventive, fun, and created something really unique! My friends and I chose this class as we had already done the wheel class at the studio and loved it! Didn't know what to expect but was blown away by the pieces that we came out with! İt was a very original concept, we used pasta makers to press clay through a stencil- we could change up the stencil and create any number of shapes out of clay we then attached to our pieces. The teacher was very engaging and explained the process very well, everyone in the class got on well and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for something interesting to do that's a little different! 5 stars
  • 5/5 from Milo Edwards, attended Oct 2025: much fun very unique
  • 5/5 from Min Kang, attended Sep 2025: I had such an amazing time at this extrusion pottery workshop! It’s a totally fresh take on pottery - instead of starting from a lump of clay, you’re given pre-shaped pieces like mugs or vases, and the focus is all on decorating and personalising them. It’s beginner-friendly, creative, and relaxing — you’re guaranteed to leave with a unique, usable piece you made yourself. The instructors were fantastic attentive, patient, and passionate about what they do. Thank you for the great session!
  • 5/5 from Inês Melo, attended Sep 2025: Great class! Time flew by. The teachers were incredibly helpful and it felt fun and light. Excited to see how my mug turns out.
  • 5/5 from Borun Kim, attended Sep 2025: I had such a great time making my own special mug with friends at Maison Sommet! The extrusion technique was simple to follow but also allowed so much creativity in making my own design. I must also say that the studio staff were super helpful and friendly. They came around to make sure I was having fun. It was super easy to get their support as they stood by for anyone in need of help. With Christmas around the corner, I recommend this class to anyone who is looking to spend a memorable time with friends & families. Why not gifting this special class to your loved ones this holiday? ️
  • 5/5 from Rachel Pitman, attended Sep 2025: I had a very fun evening at this class. The atmosphere was relaxed, and Stephanie had prepared everything perfectly for us. Instructions were very straightforward, so we could enjoy experimenting with various extruded shapes, with guidance at hand if needed. I would love to return to play some more!
  • 5/5 from Stephanie Busson, attended Sep 2025: Very fun workshop, no previous skills needed, and you get to make and decorate your own very cool mug or vase using extruders which make brilliant patterns to stick to the vessel. The teacher was very clear and available for assistance and questions during the workshop, I can't wait to collect my mug.
  • 5/5 from Tanvi, attended Sep 2025: I had such a wonderful time at the extrusion workshop! It was such a unique and creative technique of working with clay, and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I can’t wait to see my mug fired in cobalt blue!! it’s going to be so special. Wishing the team all the best for the upcoming workshops. It’s a truly fun and unique experience, and I’ll definitely be back (with more friends)!
  • 5/5 from Anne Roux, attended Sep 2025: It was such a fun and unique experience! Not like any other pottery workshop I have done before - I cannot wait to get functional pieces back. Thank you Stephanie and Tanvi for sharing your knowledge of extrusion with us! Can’t wait to do it again.
  • 5/5 from Yukari Schrickel, attended Sep 2025: A great class and so different from other ceramic classes I've done before. I've never done extrusion pottery before and it was lovely way to get creative with clay in such a unique way.
  • 5/5 from Edward Webb, attended Sep 2025: My wife and I had such a good evening making our matching mugs. It was the perfect end to our weekend – also great for a chilled weekday activity. It was cool to learn a few new technical tricks, and the really friendly tutors were on hand for more tricky elements and customisations. I really wanted to make an orange mug, unfortunately that colour wasn't available – cobalt blue will work just fine though! Can't wait to pick them up once they're glazed and fired. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a bit of social craftyness.
