At Auraspectra, creativity becomes a gentle pathway to calm, clarity, and emotional wellbeing. Rooted in colour therapy, chakra awareness, and art therapy principles, my work invites people of all ages to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through mindful art.
From early childhood, art and colour have been my language — a way to express, explore, and heal. I’ve always been drawn to the emotional power of colour and the way creativity can open doors to self discovery. This belief sits at the heart of Aura Spectra: the creative process matters far more than the final outcome.
My professional background in colour therapy, chakra work, and art therapy is fully recognised by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), allowing me to support others in meaningful, holistic ways. Nature is a constant inspiration in my work — from the vibrant colours of my garden to the grounding rhythm of time spent outdoors.
After years of balancing family life with a demanding career, I felt the impact on my own wellbeing. That moment of pause led me to reshape my path and create Auraspectra: a calm, welcoming space where mindful art offers emotional support, stress relief, and a chance to reconnect. As a parent of two teenagers, I understand the pressures young people face — especially around school and exam stress — and I’m passionate about helping them build healthy coping strategies.
I am proud to partner with the Macmillan Cancer Support ward at Kingston Hospital, where I run mindful art sessions for patients. These gentle, creative practices help alleviate stress and anxiety, offering a moment of peace during challenging times.
My mission is to support emotional wellbeing through the soothing, expressive practice of mindful art. By weaving together colour therapy, chakra awareness, and art therapy techniques, I help individuals:
  • Slow down and find mental space
  • Release stress and overwhelm
  • Reconnect with creativity and inner calm
  • Build resilience and self expression
Through small group workshops, 1:1 sessions, and community collaborations, I aim to make mindful creativity accessible to everyone — from teenagers navigating school pressures to adults experiencing stress, life transitions, or simply seeking a moment of stillness.
