Portuguese Sangria Mixology Workshop

Indulge in a fun and interactive Sangria Mixology workshop, where you'll learn the art of crafting Babida's renowned Portuguese White Sangria (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options). Get hands-on experience mixing and mastering the perfect blend of flavours, combining fresh fruits, wine, and Babida's secret ingredients to create a refreshing and irresistible sangria.Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly reception team and guided to your designated workshop space. In small groups, you will create the alcoholic and non-alcoholic Sangria recipes while enjoying some perfectly paired nibbles that highlight the other workshops hosted by Correll Kitchen. As if that wasn't enough, guests are invited to enjoy The Ministry's Bar and Garden during their visit to enjoy the beats of Ministry of Sound's DJs and and to connect with fellow guests. Each of the activities will take roughly 30 minutes so please ensure that you are registering for an earlier session (6:00 or 7:00) to leave time to complete your chosen workshops.

All of our workshops are open to everyone new to this skill/technique.
  Guests will get a hand on experience and guidance to a perfectly balanced alcoholic and non-alcoholic sangria crafting with the addition of perfectly paired nibbles. Should guests choose to also participate in a range of urban homestanding activities also hosted that evening, whatever is crafted will be including in the range of things they can take home.
  There is nothing that you need to bring apart from your willingness to learn, create, and connect.
