  • 5/5 from Brid McNulty, attended Feb 2026: A lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon! We made 3 ikebanas. The tips and guidance from the teacher were fantastic. • 5/5 from Ryan, attended Feb 2026: Nono was amazing and very friendly! The space was nice and class was an intimate size, not too large. It was tailored for the season and for Valentine’s Day, with special flowers selected for the session. I enjoyed the division between the more traditional approach and creative approach, and ikebana reference books on the table. Overall a lovely experience which I shared with my partner and I loved that I could take the vase and stems home to recreate the arrangements. Perhaps the only constructive feedback would be more written guidance relating to the traditional approach, such as the ratios when making the arrangements. I saw a piece of paper with some instructions, but I felt it could be more detailed. And perhaps some relaxing music playing in the background to make the space feel more vibrant. But otherwise it was a great introduction to the art form and I would love to do it again.

  • 5/5 from Jagoda Laskowska, attended Jun 2025: In my two hours I got to create one traditional floral design, which Nono, the lovely teacher showed us & two freestyle designs. One using just the plants available & the other using other elements in which I chose wood, and it ended up being my favourite design! It was great to see how everyone designed something so different with the same use of materials. A Super cozy place! I also got to leave with extra flowers, my kenzan, and a dish to create at home.

  • 5/5 from Megan Filkins, attended May 2025: Nono was an excellent and incredibly skilled teacher with a positive, encouraging manner. It was a relaxed yet informative environment with plenty of opportunity for questions and further explanations. We practised 3 different types/schools of ikebana arranging - the last incorporating larger pieces of wood and stones. This meant we couldn’t take them home, but we did take home a generous bunch of seasonal flowers, an ikebana bowl and a kenzen to stand the flowers in and remake at home. Everything was top quality!

And also to mention, we could take home a lot of flowers together with the ceramic bowl and the Kenzan. Thank you for this lovely experience. ありがとう Doris Dudek

  • 5/5 from Loukas Angelou, attended May 2024: The ikebana course was 2 hours and they have managed to fit a lot into it. We got taught the basics but enough to give us a base to start creating our ikebana arrangements. The group was small, which helped to follow the steps, interact and get to ask questions the teacher. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to give this as a present or see if ikebana is something that they are passionate about.
  • 5/5 from Florrie, attended May 2024: Absolutely incredible! The teacher, Nono, was so knowledgeable and gave us a great understanding of the background and the rules behind Ikebana. We were encouraged to create classic styles and then let free on a freestyle which was great fun. We got guidance and advice and encouragement throughout and it was an incredibly calming process. We were able to keep the materials at the end so I came home to create my own to display. Will definitely be going back!
