  • 5/5 from Fiona J Gleeson, attended Jan 2026: The teachers were very patient with us, especially considering I'd not made these types of pasta before. It was great fun and I'd recommend it.
  • 5/5 from Simon Dorman, attended Jan 2026: This was a great way to spend a Saturday evening! I've always wanted to try making pasta and you can't get much better than having two Italians teach this masterclass... Sal and Gianma are very friendly and immediately make you feel at home. The tuition (making three different types of pasta) was patient and supportive and they are immediately at hand to give you tips and make sure your pasta isn't too dry (or too sticky). Lots of anecdotes of Italian home life and family add a lovely background to the evening. The best part, of course, was having our pasta cooked for us by the boys and getting to sit down together to eat it! I can fully recommend this class and want to try their pizza making evening next.
  • 5/5 from Jenny Dartnell, attended Jan 2026: we had the absolute best time at cooking with the Italians! Gianma and Sal were amazing hosts and so helpful teaching us 3 different types of pasta that can be made at home. The atmosphere was relaxed and lots of fun. we ended the evening with a delicious meal and a few little surprises! would definitely recommend!
  • 5/5 from Elsie Halford, attended Nov 2025: Absolutely lovely, fun and knowledgeable teachers who guided us through our fresh pasta cooking course. The atmosphere was lovely and very sociable and we ended up with a delicious dinner.
  • 4/5 from Melanie Smith Brown, attended Nov 2025: Our chef's were such lovely people, very friendly and informative. The organisation was spot on. The venue was easy to find and the room itself was clean and well equipped. Great that we had opportunities to talk to others on the course and the chefs at the end while eating what we'd made. The pasta was really good and with guidance, quite easy to make. Only thing that could have been better is the sauces that the pasta was served with...quite bland, but maybe some may like it like that! The availability of some pepper may have helped. Overall it was a great evening though
  • 5/5 from Emily Walsh, attended Sep 2025: My boyfriend and I enjoyed this class! It was fun and interactive. I felt anxious beforehand but the chefs were very friendly which eased my nervousness and I’m glad that I did it! We also liked that the chefs girlfriends were present for the course when we attended, as this meant that whilst the chefs were in the kitchen cooking up the dinner feast, their partners were prompting conversation and making sure that everyone felt included
  • 5/5 from Raheemah Dhaadd, attended Sep 2025: The teachers were so friendly and welcome and did a great job at explaining. We created 3 types of pastas and were taught about the textures of the dough and making different shapes with lots of different techniques. My favourite part was eating the pasta at the end!
  • 5/5 from Zoe Broumi, attended Sep 2025: It was very nice and fun! The 2 teachers were super helpful and the atmosphere was friendly. We had dinner all together after the pasta making class which was lovely!
  • 5/5 from Debbie Osimen, attended Jul 2025: Thank you so much to the best Italian teachers one could ask for. I celebrated my birthday with 18 guests and Gal & Siamma was very accommodating and had even decorated the room with birthday celebrations! They kept us all engaged, playing really fun games whilst teaching us to make yummy pasta. They also allowed us to bring our own drinks which was great and kept us all well fed. They were also accommodating to different dietary requirements which was fantastic! We did wish we had a meat option with the sauces but nevertheless the overall experience was great. Thank you for making my birthday weekend special!
  • 5/5 from Aimee Malik-Israel, attended May 2025: The teachers are so lovely and the class is small enough that they see to everyone. Family style dinner was cosy. Would book again.

  • 5/5 from Audrey Lemasson, attended Apr 2025: We had an amazing experience at the pasta-making class! The atmosphere was welcoming and lively, making it easy to feel right at home. We were paired up in duos, which added a fun and collaborative touch to the whole experience. The chefs’ explanation of the pasta-making process were clear, engaging, and thorough, making it easy for even beginners to get involved. Then comes the dinner, we all sat around a big table with the chefs, and it was such a fantastic way to enjoy the fruits of our labor, all while bonding with the group. The food was delicious, and the whole evening was filled with laughter, great conversations, and fantastic company. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and interactive way to spend an evening. It’s a great mix of learning, bonding, and enjoying great food!

  • 5/5 from Zoe Gianduzzo, attended Feb 2025: Absolutely fantastic class! I had the best time - everyone was so friendly and the environment was very relaxed. Sal and Giamma were excellent teachers and amazing cooks. The pastas were so much easier to make than I though - so I'm really excited to try this at home now I feel much more confident in my ability! I really enjoyed sitting with everyone at the end and sharing our fresh-cooked pasta meals together. It was a great time. Will definitely be recommending this to my friends!
  • 5/5 from Laura, attended Jan 2025: Fantastic evening - it was a family gift for 10 people. Instructions were clear, and delivered in a fun informative way. Ended up with 2 types of pasta and a gnocchi. Lovely to sit down at the end and eat our meals. Would highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Geoff, attended Jan 2025: Very enjoyable evening learning new cooking skills, getting to eat the food we made and having a lot of fun as well. Giamma and Martina were very welcoming, taught us well and provided a few little welcome extras (homemade foccia and salami, dessert, soft drinks and tea and coffee). Our dinner at the end had a very Italian family feel to it. Thanks guys. Will be back for pizza and foccia making.
  • 5/5 from Diane Lowton, attended Jan 2025: We had a lovely evening hosted by Gianma and Martina. They were friendly, professional and great fun. We were delighted with the pasta and gnocchi we made. The extras of focaccia and the chocolate desert were really lovely. Would certainly recommend.
  • 5/5 from Violeta Moro, attended Dec 2024: Intimate and fun class!
  • 5/5 from Umesh Ramanan, attended Nov 2024: I booked the private Italian cooking class as a birthday get together, with a bunch of my friends. As soon as we arrived, the energy of Sal and Gianma was so inviting and very personable. The venue was perfect for the class and they surprised me with a decorated dining set up. Once all my guests arrived, we grabbed a drink and Sal and Gianma guided us through steps to make fresh pasta. None of the guests had made fresh pasta before and the teachers were super helpful in making us feel comfortable, ensuring we made the pasta correctly and most importantly, enjoy ourselves. We were paired up and made three different types of pasta; tagliatelle, gnocchi and cavatelli. Each pasta was different in their difficulty, but again, Sal and Gianma helped all of us individually to ensure we made great pasta. I would definitely recommend this amazing class to everyone who wants to try something different and enjoy a delicious a pasta meal! Sal and Gianma you guys were brilliant and wishing you both all the best!

They created a really nice area for preparing our pizzas and eating together afterwards. The venue was perfect for the occasion. We’re Gianma and Sal, two Italian best friends living in London that share a passion for food (..and cultures & travels). We grew up in our parents’ restaurants where our mums and grandmas taught us all the secrets of the traditional Italian cuisines, that we love sharing with others.
We offer culinary experiences where the Italian hospitality and conviviality is the perfect setting for a melting pot of flavours and cultures.
In a few words, we are:
  • Friendly and easy-going. We want you to feel among friends, as we feel when we have large Italian feasts back home :)
  • Knowledgeable. We know what we are talking about, we've been doing this for many years.
  • Inclusive. Everyone is welcome, and we do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
