What you'll do
Make Chilean empanadas from dough to finished pastry. Prepare the filling, portion and seal each empanada, then practise the decorative crimp around the edge.Your teacher shares the cooking traditions behind the dish as you work. Once they're baked, enjoy your empanadas together while they're warm. Vegetarian fillings are available with advance notice. Beginners are welcome.
