Hello, I am a textile designer and maker, based at the Chocolate Factory studios N16, London. I hand screen prints designs for a variety of interior accessories which can be found in my online shop. Along side my creative practice I teach screen printing workshops in small groups in my fully equipped print studio.
My love of screen printing has lasted for over 30 years since my MA at the RCA and I have been busy at my studio ever since. I design and make an extensive range of interior products but I am best known for my signature machine stitched and printed lampshades, which have adorned many homes and supplied numerous independent stores and galleries across the UK and beyond. My current collection can be found exclusively online and from my pattern filled studio.
I am here to offer small group classes in screen printing onto fabric in a unique setting at our converted Victorian Chocolate Factory studios in Hackney. You will gain hands on experience to this addictive craft, have fun with friends and get creative without fear of messing up. Screen printing is all about surprise and uncertainty with some amazing results, whether intentional or not and the outcome is always incredibly rewarding!
