This is a fantastic opportunity to experiment, develop your work, or simply enjoy a mindful evening surrounded by like-minded creatives. You will have access to a wide range of hand-printing supplies and will be able to learn from your peers and share ideas. While no formal tuition is provided, your hosts will be on hand to offer support.
You’ll have access to shared tools and materials, including:
  • Gelli plates, paints, and rollers
  • Lino cutting tools and pre-cut lino stamps
  • Tetrapak plates and drypoint tools
  • Acrylic sheets for monoprinting
  • A small A4+ printing press

  • Bookbinding awls, bone folders, and limited thread and needles
The price includes access to all shared equipment, inkstand paper.

You can book 1 session for £20 or a pack of 4 sessions for £60.
If you opt for a pack of 4, choose the date for your first session.

  • 5/5 from Nicky Bathgate, attended Feb 2026: I booked a place at the print social to finish off some work I’d started during another class, and to print something I’ve carved at home. It’s a great chance to meet other people that enjoy the same hobby and learn from them (or share your knowledge) and the materials and equipment provided are high quality. I’ll definite be back, printing with a group is much more fun than doing it solo!
  • 5/5 from Demornay Sauniere, attended Aug 2025: I absolutely loved this class I can not wait to go back, a little tricky to find. The teacher was fantastic. Really great space ️

Hi, we’re Emily and Jess, the creative minds behind Something Good Workshops!
Our journey began in 2019 when Emily launched Something Good Workshops (originally known as MADEptford) as a way to spread crafty joy and raise funds for running the London Marathon. What started as a one-time idea quickly grew into a passion for bringing people together through creativity. Since then, we’ve hosted a wide variety of workshops, from arm knitting to body casting, in all kinds of spaces - corporate offices, cosy pubs, pop-up shops, and even people’s homes.
After taking a short break, we’re back with fresh energy and an exciting new partnership. Jess has joined the team, and together, we’re on a mission to spark joy and empower people to explore their creativity in relaxing, welcoming spaces. We believe there’s something magical about slowing down, working with your hands, and leaving with something you’ve made yourself - whether it’s a chunky knit blanket, a personal shrine, or a collage bursting with personality.
What makes us unique? We’re all about creating an environment where people feel at ease, whether they’re a total beginner or a seasoned maker. Over the years, we’ve held workshops in so many different settings, and one thing always stands out: the joy people feel when they realize just how creative they can be.
We’re not just here to teach a craft - we’re here to help you unwind, have fun, and leave with a tangible reminder that you’re capable of making something good.
We can’t wait to meet you at a workshop soon!
