Hi, I’m Caterina, the founder of Kraken Counter Couture, a London-based atelier where I combine couture craftsmanship with irreverent, playful ideas. Originally from Italy, I trained in Haute Couture and Millinery before moving to London, where I earned a First-Class degree in Fashion Design at London College of Fashion.I’ve been teaching workshops for over eight years, helping people discover the joy of making clothes that truly express who they are. My passion for teaching comes from seeing that moment when a student realises they can create something with their own hands - something unique that fits them perfectly. It’s empowering, and I love being part of that transformation.Over the years, I’ve shared my knowledge with hundreds of students from across the globe in intimate settings, always keeping my classes fairly small (never more than 3 people) so everyone gets personal guidance.
