The Oystercatcher is a fantastic venue, with gorgeous views across the River Thames that created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the challenge of creating a pressed flower sunset, it was both creative and rewarding, and it was great to try something a little different. The session was well organised, welcoming and a wonderful way to spend a few hours. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, mindful and creative experience!

Niki, the host, was such a lovely, friendly person. Very talented, helpful and passionate about her craft. It's so lovely that all of the beautiful flowers are home grown on her farm in Suffolk! It made the whole thing feel extra special. The craft itself was really fun and relaxing and well put together. I was so pleased with my piece and it was lovely that we got given frames, so that it could go straight up on the wall when I got home. I'd highly recommend this class for other creative people or people who want to try something different. It was relaxing, informative and fun. I'm hoping to do another class very soon!

On arrival, Niki explained in detail what we were about to create. It was very interesting because at first it was hard for me personally to imagine being to create a landscape artwork using pressed flowers, but it was so enjoyable and rewarding piecing together the sky and the water, with Niki's invaluable guidance. I was so pleased with how my artwork came out and loved that I was able to walk away with it framed, ready to be displayed at home. I could have sat there for hours on end doing this activity, and loved the relaxed and creative atmosphere, led by Niki. Highly recommend!
