Arriving at the Flower Farm
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed into my cosy flower studio, tucked away on the flower farm, ready for a relaxed and festive wreath-making experience
Getting Settled and a Warm Welcome
Take a moment to meet the other guests, get comfortable and enjoy a little introduction to the studio and what we’ll be making together.
Getting Started
You’ll find your wreath base and a selection of materials waiting for you. I’ll talk you through the wreath-making process, sharing a few tips and tricks before we get started.
Choosing Your Foliage
First, it’s time to choose your foliage! I’ll have a lovely selection of seasonal greenery for you to choose from to create the base of your wreath.
Adding the Details
Now for the fun part! Choose from a variety of dried flowers, natural decorations and ribbons to make your wreath your own. I’ll show you how to attach everything and help you bring your chosen design together.
The Finishing Touches
Time to add those final little details, have a fiddle and make any last adjustments until you’re happy with your creation.
Admire Your Handiwork
Once your wreath is finished, there’ll be an opportunity to take a few photographs of your creation before wrapping up the afternoon.
Take Your Wreath Home
And finally, your finished wreath is yours to take home and enjoy! Hopefully bringing a little handmade festive magic to your home.

Hello, I’m Ginny — a gardener, flower grower and maker behind Nelson & Bloom, a small flower farm and creative business in Staffordshire. My love of growing, foraging and living a little more simply grew during my travels, particularly in Australia, where I spent time volunteering on organic farms, growing food and learning more about working with nature. With over a decade of experience working with plants, it’s a passion that’s stayed with me ever since.Nelson & Bloom brings together my love of homegrown flowers, dried botanicals, vintage finds and handmade creations, with a focus on seasonal living, sustainability and making the most of what nature provides. I’m currently building my own little flower farm, growing flowers to dry and create with, alongside growing our own food and embracing the ever-evolving adventure of a more self-sufficient lifestyle.From dried flowers and botanical homeware to seasonal wreath making, pressed-flower and gardening workshops, there’s always something new growing here.
