All materials provided and the tutor Lorenzo is very knowledgeable and educational explaining all the steps and providing inspiration and tips. Bring some ideas for you to develop as that will make the course more relevant.

He supported us through our evolution from our drawing, to the lino cut part and then the final printing process. It just felt like a home activity with friends. We received some guidance and advice whenever we needed it. I will try it again.

The teacher was fantastic and gave really clear instructions, regularly checked in with everyone in the class, and let us experiment with multiple prints. It was a lovely environment and we were both really happy with our prints which we were able to take home. I’d definitely recommend this and thought it was excellent value for money and a really fun and unique way to spend an afternoon.

Lorenzo managed the class with humour and attention to all, time keeping was excellent and everyone enjoyed it and learnt something new and beautiful. Thanks so much. 5 stars.

The instructor was very helpful, and encouraged everyone towards picking and developing a technique to get the best out of the printmaking technique and reference picture they chose. Depending on how fast you work, you can get to make a few or even several prints (in different colours if you like) of your finished piece to take home. By the end of the session the whole class's prints looked great! You could pick your own design if you planned in advance, i recommend doung this! But he also provides some examoles of prints which can serve as onspirration and can print photis for you to use. We would happily do it again.

• 5/5 from Caroline Carter, attended Sep 2024: I attended this class with my dad. Lorenzo was a really great teacher. I wouldn't say that I'm artistic but I was delighted with the prints. Both of us are considering whether to buy some equipment so we could pick lino printing up as a hobby at home.

We had the option to either do dry print or lino print and everyone in our class chose the latter. The teacher was fantastic! Very attentive - constantly walking around and checking in on people, giving helpful tips and support throughout. The venue was easy to find and all materials were provided. You'll get to know two print types: drypoint and lino cut and will pick the one you like the most. 3 hours flew by, I tried drypoint but I want to come back to try lino! Highly recommended :)

Lorenzo helped with our compositions, then showed how to use the tools and the printing press. We got to make lots of prints trying out different colours and papers. It was really enjoyable and I learnt a lot about the basics of lino printing.

The group was small enough for there not to be any crowding or waiting for equipment and Luke appeared to give support and guidance across the levels of ability. I would definitely return.
