2 hours Class size 1 to 17 guests       £28 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Saturday, the 11th of July, 1-3pm
Come and learn the basics of the cyanotype printing process and make a few completely unique and very interesting prints! We'll be experimenting with flowers, foliage, craft materials, and more. Cyanotype is a really cool medium that involves mixing a solution, painting it onto some paper, and then exposing parts of it to sunlight to process the image. It yields stunning results, and there are so many different ways you can create an image!
Absolutely no experience necessary; you'll be guided the whole way through.
Free tea and hot drinks are always included in your ticket at Maya's, and there's a fridge full of cool local beverages too. All events at Maya's are open to those aged 15 and up. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Maya's is an independent business, solely owned and operated by Maya; a 27 year old woman from Canada. In May of 2024, Maya did her first craft market in Truro selling her hand printed artwork. She quickly realised there was a huge desire to learn her craft (and others!)
49 Killigrew St became the permanent space for Maya's artworks and ideas in November of 2024, and since then we've been able to offer over 20 different workshops including junk journaling sessions, bento cake decorating, crochet, silver jewellery making, and more.
