Join BE Ka Art Studio for an action vision board workshop in London — a thoughtfully curated experience blending creativity, science, and conscious personal growth.
Whether you're stepping into a new chapter, navigating a transition, or simply ready to pause and reflect, this workshop is designed to meet you wherever you are and help you move forward with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of purpose.
And with spring already in the air, there's something quietly powerful about choosing this moment to set new intentions — the season has always been a natural prompt for fresh starts and new beginnings.
Set within Elena's spacious atelier at Trinity Buoy Wharf, this workshop is designed to help you move forward with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of purpose. Led by Elena — a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and Hatha yoga teacher with a background spanning fine arts, art and science, Reiki, and creative health and wellbeing — this session goes well beyond collage. You'll gain a grounded understanding of the neuroscience behind vision boards themselves: how the physical act of searching through magazines, making intuitive choices, and arranging images by hand actively engages your brain's visual, emotional, and motivational pathways — not just the finished board on your wall. Drawing on Gestalt principles of visual perception, you'll also learn how to design your board with intention, so that its composition works with your brain rather than simply filling a page. A short guided meditation and breathwork practice opens the session, creating a calm, grounded space to tune into your own direction before you pick up the magazines and scissors. Working at your own pace and with Elena's individual support throughout, you're welcome to share reflections with the group or simply settle into your own quiet creative space. This is a low-pressure, inclusive environment — ideal whether you're new to this kind of work or simply looking for a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you want. You'll leave feeling refreshed and purposeful, taking home a bespoke action vision board to keep your goals in focus long after the day is done.
This is a place to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what truly matters to you.
  • By attending, you agree to the possibility of being photographed for promotional purposes; please let Elena know on the day if you'd like to opt out.
  • The venue has step-free access throughout.
  • The workshop takes place at Trinity Buoy Wharf, a historic 19th-century site in London's Docklands and home to the city's only lighthouse. Today, it is one of London's most vibrant creative communities, with a sculpture park, event spaces, and the iconic Container Cityâ„¢ buildings — a fitting backdrop for a day of creativity and fresh thinking.

About Elena
Elena is an Italian visual artist and creative wellbeing workshops director, originally from Bologna and now based in London. Passionate about creativity from an early age, she studied Fine Arts and Sciences as a teenager before going on to earn first-class degrees, including a BA in Painting and Photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna — where she also worked as an assistant to a professor on the etching course — a Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts from Chelsea College of Arts, and a Master's in Art and Science from Central Saint Martins (UAL). She is also certified in Creative Health and Wellbeing through Artmaking at Central Saint Martins.
Her background is as layered as her practice — she has worked as a photographer, artist, Fine Art restorer, and gallery assistant, exhibited in Bologna, Venice, Milan and London, and previously trained as a Hatha yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. These experiences all shape her warm, holistic approach to art and teaching. Elena holds an Enhanced DBS check and teaches on platforms including Tutorful, MyTutor and Superprof.
Classes & Workshops
Classes and workshops are deeply rooted in health and wellbeing through artmaking, human connection and nature. Open to all, regardless of experience or background, Elena has taught students and professionals of all ages and nationalities, in one-to-one and group settings, both online and in person. Workshops are designed to be as accessible, allergy-friendly and environmentally sustainable as possible.
Her approach is relaxed and playful, encouraging you to connect with materials, with others, and with yourself.
Creative practices do more than inspire — they heal. They reduce stress hormones, calm the nervous system, ease physical tension and pain, and support emotional balance. In creative flow, the brain enters a meditative state, bringing clarity and relaxation.
Art helps you slow down, reconnect, and feel grounded. It’s not about the result — it’s about the experience.
Creativity is medicine.
