Boob Pot Pottery Class

Create your own unique boob pot in this fun pottery making workshop in London!

2.5 hours

Class size 1 to 8 (public classes), 8 to 24
  £45

You’ve seen them all over Instagram, now you can make your own! Join an expert teacher and a group of like-minded pottery newbies for this two-hour masterclass in making your own boob pot.
At this fun London pottery class, you’ll be shown how to work with clay, how to construct your own pot and then you'll focus on the art of adding boobs! Your pots will then be left to dry and then kiln fired.
If you'd like to paint your pot, you have a couple of options:
  • For a shiny, waterproof pot, you can join one of your teacher's painted ceramics sessions. Once your pot is painted, your teacher will glaze and kiln-fire it again. After this process, it will be completely waterproof – perfect for a cup, plant pot or anything else you'd like to use it for!
  • Alternatively, you can take your pot home and paint it with acrylic paint. If painted with acrylics, your pot will look great, but it will not be waterproof or food safe. It will still look super cute on a shelf and would work for a cactus pot!
However you decide to finish your pot off, you'll come away from this pottery workshop with a unique boob pot to use in your home or gift to a friend. If you're looking for fun things to do in London, this beginners' ceramics class is a quirky and creative activity to go for.
Join in with your friends (great fun if you're looking for birthday party ideas or hen party ideas!) or head along with family or colleagues to learn pottery making together. Alternatively, have a go solo and meet other crafty beginners in the neighbourhood.
By the end of your boob pottery class in London, you'll have your own ceramic pot to keep, a fun new experience under your belt, and some fresh pottery making skills to inspire you for future projects! You can also just play with clay if you like and build what you like with the clay provided.
Please allow 14 working days for kiln firing of your pieces - after which your pieces will be ready for collection! You have max. 8 weeks from your Class Date to collect your items. We are unable to store them for longer. During the class you will get a Collection Code from your Host and a link to sign up to Pottery Collection updates. Yippee.

Recent reviews of Boob Pot Pottery Class

  • 3/5 from Laura de Gioannis, attended Oct 2026: I don’t think the “boob” pottery class was very well organized as it mixed with another pottery session so the organizer just did a normal class
  • 5/5 from Eleanor Hughes, attended Feb 2025: Had such a great time at the Boob Pot Pottery Class with teacher Sienna! It was a lovely evening which I spent with my sister who bought me the class for my birthday. I had never pottered before and Sienna gave clear instructions and was on hand throughout the class. I was able to ask for more clay as needed and ended up very pleased with my pot which I plan to paint and have glazed! Thank you for a wonderful class :)
  • 5/5 from Carly McDonald, attended Feb 2025: Sooo much fun! Thank you for being amazing great host and for being so accommodating. We all had such a giggle and will definitely be returning to paint the pots. Thank you again x
  • 5/5 from Kasia Myatt, attended May 2024: I came to the Boob Pottery Class with my husband and we both absolutely loved it. Our teacher Sienna was really good and taught us how to make clay pots using the coil method. The class was a perfect length and was genuinely a lot of fun. Great for adults who want to rediscover their creative side!

  • 5/5 from Patricia Pepito, attended Oct 2023: It was a lovely and tranquil pottery session. It was a small group so it was great to have enough space to converse with other people. Our instructor sarah was lovely and told us about little info about different clays and utensils so we can decide which one to use. Would definitely recommend and go back for more!

  • 5/5 from Rowan Lennox, attended Feb 2023: I booked this class for a hen do and it was perfect! The teacher was helpful but not overbearing and we were able to play cheesy music, drink wine and make boob pots. Everyone's pots turned out well, with excellent boobs made by all - definitely an indication of the skill of the instructor rather than the students!
  • 5/5 from Olivia Melhuish, attended Feb 2023: This booking was a gift for some friends and they said they had an absolute blast, the teacher was brilliant and would definitely do again!
  • 5/5 from Zoe Daniell, attended Feb 2023: Wonderful, knowledgable teacher. She created a lovely welcoming environment in the lovely cosy venue. • 5/5 from Ragini Khurana, attended Jan 2023: My friend and I had a wonderful Wednesday evening. The venue was cosy and pleasant to be in. We loved our host from the very first moment: welcoming, smiling and so nice to talk to. She managed to create a relaxing environment, gave us super clear instructions and kindly supported us throughout the evening. I definitely recommend

  • 5/5 from Sacha Rae, attended Oct 2022: A cosy venue with a great teacher and a small class size. Felt personalised and loads of fun! Unfortunately my pot didn't survive the kiln but the customer service rep has been more than helpful in making it up to me!
  • 5/5 from Sophie Martin, attended Aug 2022: Such a fun experience with a great teacher! We loved it and would 100% recommend.
  • 5/5 from Grace Lohan, attended Apr 2022: Teacher was so sweet, very clear in his instruction… super activity for a group. Definitely recommend
  • 5/5 from Margaret Reed, attended Apr 2022: I adored the teacher, she was so sweet and patient with all of us. She has an excellent demeanor for teaching and for such a large group learning something new to all of us. The class is very simple and honestly does not require any prior experience. It’s just good wholesome fun, the only thing I’m sad about is the amount of time, I wish I had more to make a second pot but that’s only because I am a perfectionist and spent ALL my time on one cup! (Hahaha) I would highly recommend any event, what ever number of people, and what ever experience level. Thank you so much!
  • 4/5 from Louise Coy, attended Apr 2022: The class was great fun! The team really enjoyed it and we're all really excited to see how the pots turned out. We were a large group of 13, so the only suggestion I could make is either more time or an extra teacher as it all felt a bit rushed towards the end trying to get everything finished.
  • 5/5 from Anastasija Fasij, attended Mar 2022: We’ve planned Boob Pot Pottery for our friend’s Bridal Shower Activity. It was such a great fun, and everyone enjoyed it so much - just perfect for friend bonding! The teacher was so lovely, very friendly and kind! Can’t wait to collect our creations Definitely recommend, and look forward to coming here again!
  • 5/5 from Hansa Bappoo, attended Mar 2022: We turned up a little late but still had an amazingly warm welcome from our teacher Sarah. She was super encouraging, friendly and very efficient at teaching us what we needed to make a decent pot. Would really love to go to one of her classes again, really glad we went in the first place. Honestly very ready to suggest this class to everyone I know. The group was super friendly as well so all in all and excellent experience. Can’t wait to book another class.
  • 5/5 from Lucy Dcruz, attended Mar 2022: This was a wonderful class. Perfect for my sisters hen do. Jack was a fab teacher. We had lots of laughs and made (in my view!) some excellent pots. I would highly recommend this class. Thank you!
  • 3/5 from Kylie Steele, attended Mar 2022: Sarah was an amazing teacher, very friendly and helpful. Some people were 15 minutes late which meant we started 20 minutes later than expected. It felt like a rush to get everything finished and we didn’t complete the pots. My friend only managed to make a pot in that time and didn’t have a chance to add boobs. With sharing the equipment I felt like I was always anxiously waiting for my turn being conscious of time. I found a lot of time I was waiting for the rolling pin and then the paintbrush. I really rushed to get the boobs on as this was what I booked the class for and didn’t want to only have a pot at the end. I felt a little cheated out of £45 for the experience I had. I was literally rushing to get it semi finished while putting my coat on to leave. I’m not happy with how my pot turned out and felt a bit disappointed. I would suggest a bit more time for newbies and if people are late start without them. It was my first time doing pottery and I sadly didn’t enjoy it. I understand it’s not your fault the others were so late but we should have started on time without them. I do want to reiterate that Sarah was a great teacher and is no reflection on her.
  • 5/5 from Agnieszka Antoniewicz, attended Feb 2022: Great teacher, everything easy to follow and soo much fun! Good value for money! Thank you
  • 5/5 from Xiaozhi Huang, attended Feb 2022: The value was easy to find. Jack has been really nice and friendly. I learned about how to make ceramics at a basic level and it has been very interesting.
  • 5/5 from Lisa Stuffel, attended Jan 2022: I organised a hendo for my friend, we were a group of 8 and we absolutely loved it. The bride had the best experience. Teacher Jack was very patient with us and taught us good pottery skills. It's byob and food hence very budget friendly. Value for money is outstanding, so was the customer service prior to the class. 10 out of 10 recommend.
  • 5/5 from Amy Eglin, attended Jan 2022: Loved the class - the teacher was so friendly and accommodating, happy and patient to answer lots of questions and help. We had lots of time to work on our pots after going through some techniques and it was a really chilled class with some lovely people. All very covid safe with social distancing and masks. I went solo and loved it! Thanks, Amy
  • 5/5 from Martha Cook, attended Jan 2022: I booked a class for me and my partner as her Christmas present. Pottery isn't normally my thing, but Sarah was such a patient and helpful teacher that I ended up having a lovely time too! Can't recommend enough
