After Art College, a BSc & a Biology PGCE, I taught in the London Natural History Museum, then on the Jurassic Coast and for Wildlife Trusts. I'm now back in Dorset and teach geology or paleontology between creating Jurassic Coast art and face or body painting.

I discovered face painting while in Zoo Education and started my part-time business in face & body art in 2001.

I won many titles including UK Professional Face Painter of the Year, 5th in the World Face Awards, so went full-time as an artist in 2006. Most recently I placed 10th (out of 100) in the World Bodypainting Championships.

I teach, demo, and judge face, body, and eco-cosmetic glitter art in colleges and at events worldwide, often hosting college championships with Warpaint Magazine. I was one of the few artists painting 100 faces daily for years. I'm often booked at large corporate events such as Prides and major festivals, as well as for parties and clubs.

I also create props, accessories, stencils, and artwork, as well as urban art on large 3D statues for city trails.

As a UK Cricut Ambassador, I was teaching, demo-ing, and using those amazing machines in my personal and business life too. I was Hobbycraft's 1st Face Paint Artisan, and a Cricut Artisan with them as well.
