My name is Marie. I am the founder of Beyond Your Plate, where I explore pâtisserie that is French at heart with a modern twist, shaped by travel and a love of different food cultures. I have trained at Shangri-La Palace hotel in Paris, and hold the French national Certificate of Pastry Baking.Inspired by the seasons, I create everything from scratch and love sharing the joy of baking through hands-on workshops. My classes explore seasonal ingredients and practical baking techniques, with a focus on thoughtful, homemade food that can be recreated at home.
