Don't worry if this is your first step into the wonderful world of baking; all of our London activities are beginner-friendly and provide a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can learn together. You could even round up some friends for a great experience day gift.
This baking class in London begins with an introduction from your resident scone master, who'll provide a brief demonstration of some of the techniques you'll be using. You'll learn all about tasty toppings as you get the chance to socialise with your group and enjoy a drink of your choosing.
After the demonstration, you'll be let loose and head over to your station to begin preparing a selection of scones. You'll create a variety of tasty treats, including the classic English plain scone and the more adventurous maple and bacon scone, before making the all-important decision - jam or cream first?
Once you've finished creating your beautiful baked goods, you'll get the chance to sit back and taste-test all your hard work with the group. You'll leave this London baking class with boosted confidence in your creative abilities and all the skills you'll need to impress your nearest and dearest at your future tea parties.

  • Plain scones with homemade strawberry jam and clotted cream.
  • Cheese scones with homemade butter.
  • Maple and bacon or maple and chestnut (V) scones with homemade butter.

  • This class is suitable for 10-year-olds and above; however, under 10s are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult/guardian. Everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
