What you'll do

Learn to make beautiful bento boxes with a variety of delicious colourful healthy side dishes! In this class, you will be guided under expert tuition and shown how to make a full tasty, healthy, colourful meal that can be made quickly.

What's more, your talented tutor will show and share techniques and recipes that will enable you to batch-make a number of meals at once that you can easily heat in a microwave at work saving you time and money!

You'll enjoy step by step instructions on every aspect of constructing your bento, including making, seasoning, preparing and mixing the fillings.

What you will make in class:

Addictive teriyaki chicken with pan fried potatoes.
Tasty pickled spicy cucumber.
Delicious soy mirin cabbage.
Other condiments and side dishes.

All served in a bento box decorated on a bed of fluffy sushi rice.

Bookings for 8 people or more get upgraded to unlimited drinks from the bar. (no need to select the VIP option)

Established in 2011, we have been teaching specialist classes in Dim Sum and Sushi for over 10 years.

We love what we do and as an instructor, there is no greater joy than to see learners meet and exceed their own expectations, making beautiful plates of dim sum and sushi, enjoying a quick photo before settling down to eat.

Your chef and teacher will take you through each recipe in easily followed steps, so you'll have no problem recreating the dishes time and time again back in your own kitchen!
