Dream about Spring and all the dreamy earrings you can show off and make. This is such a treasure of a workshop - you will learn SO much! Polymer clay is a versatile medium that allows you to craft unique and festive pieces. In this workshop, you'll discover techniques, tips, and how to design and create textures in polymer clay to produce eye-poppingly professional results!
If you don't have pierced ears, don't worry, we've got you covered too - but do let us know in advance so we can be prepared for you!
During this workshop, you'll learn the basics of how to manipulate and condition polymer clay and work it into an intricate design. Then, we'll cover moulding and sculpting, showing how to turn a piece of clay into a pair of very contemporary earrings. We will end the class with practical know-how of how to add detail and texture to your earrings.
Given all the detail covered in this class, you will only make the one pair, but you will learn so much! This type of clay will have to be baked once you get home, and then assembled, but no fear, we will give you thorough instructions on how to finish off your masterpieces and give you the glue and earring findings you will need to finish this off, as well as packaging everything for you safe and secure to take home.

I’m Jane and I am 100% passionate about crafting – you name it, I have most probably tried it. I set up Tea and Crafting, a bricks and mortar workshop venue in Covent Garden, in 2009, as I wanted to share my love of all things crafty and show people how, that a lot of these crafts are easier to learn than you think, without the need to commit to a six-week course that can be difficult to fit into a busy lifestyle. I wanted to provide affordable classes that were effortless and fun to attend.
I believe that anyone and everyone can craft and that you don't need to be exceptional at a craft for it to have enormous positive effects on well being. Alongside a team of expert crafters I am proud to still be passing on these crafty skills 12 years later!
