Excellent venue with plenty of space and high quality utensils, stoves and other equipment. There was A LOT of information to convey and maybe some of it could have been reduced but I also liked that Richard wanted us to know the whys and wherefores of using a particular method rather than just unquestioningly following a recipe. Its down to the individiual to concentrate if tjey want to learn. All in a good experience and I would happily do another course there.

An absolutely fantastic experience! I was very nervous going to the class on my own but I ended up laughing and having so much fun in the easy going atmosphere. The table I was placed with were fantastic and we ended up becoming friends in the short class. The teacher was incredibly accommodating, friendly and funny. He made it feel like we were all just friends hanging out learning a new skill. The class had such a variety from children to couples and we all felt completely at ease. The assistants were friendly and very helpful as well. I loved all the extra tips and tricks, the jokes and light hearted atmosphere. I went home and immediately started telling friends they need to this.

She was very attentive, friendly and her english is easy to understand for non-english_speakers.
She also let us do free decorating and a lot of tips to improve our recipe, she offered us tea and coffe (also bread) while cooking, it was a very nice experience. And the fact that if we had questions even after taking the course she will answer them, it definitely give us a 5 star process.

Diana was absolutely super - she was so knowledgeable and she shared lots of tips with us all. She patiently and kindly let me remake my batch of macarons as I made a mistake with my first batch. I would highly recommend this fun class to everyone. I am very proud of what I've achieved !

Brilliant class, teacher and helpers.
I attended with my 13 yo daughter who loves baking.
We loved it and came away with a lot of Macarons to share.
Worth booking with someone as you’ll be paired up anyway.

Really great class. We had fun whilst learning good tricks on how to make macarons. The timing was perfect and we were guided step by step on how to make them. The venue is nice and the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!
