Learn about plate presentation, cooking techniques, kitchen organisation and more all while cooking up an Argentinian feast.
Learn from a top chef as you uncover some incredible cooking skills that will not only sharpen your knowledge in the kitchen, but will help you understand Argentinian recipes. These recipes are traditional home-style cooking, so don't worry if you're a beginner, they are approachable and tasty meals you can enjoy making and eating.
You'll follow some expert demonstrations as your chef shows you how to cook tasty empanadas, a wonderful steak with a punch of sunny seasonings and the classic sweet treat from Argentina, alfajores.
Then it will be your turn to don the apron and get stuck in as you cook up a storm in our kitchen. Of course, our chefs will be on hand to help you out, but this is your chance to really shine and build confidence working with Argentinian flavours.
From start to finish there will be bottomless wine for you to sip as you dive into the world of pots and pans. Once you're full three-course meal is ready, you can sit down and tuck into the delicious dishes you just made.
Sample Menu:
  • Mini ham and cheese empanadas.
  • Sirloin or cauliflower steak with rustic smoky sweet potato, tomato salad, and chimichurri.
  • Alfajores.
