In our professional studio setting, this is not your typical sip-and-paint class. Our goal is to assist in each session, sharing technical expertise while creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We encourage you to connect with your inner artist, crafting an artwork you can be proud of. Experience painting in a real artist's painting studio at Wimbledon Art Studios. All professional-grade materials are included, and you'll receive full assistance in completing your piece. With a maximum of 7 people per session, you'll get the attention and help you need to bring your masterpiece to life.

Embark on a journey of creative expression as you start with a simple abstract painting, exploring materials and samples to ignite your imagination. In the second half, you'll have the opportunity to create your own artwork.

Abstract art utilises the visual elements of shape, form, colour, and line to construct compositions that can exist independently from direct visual references in the world.

Unlock endless possibilities with a wide array of materials at your disposal, including an array of paints, ink, metallic paints, as well as shimmering gold foil/leaf. Let your creativity soar as you explore these unlimited options.

Explore and utilise other colour palettes that suit your needs, from bold to neon to metallic the choice is yours. Feel free to bring an abstract photo as your reference if you wish. It can serve as a helpful source of inspiration during your artistic journey.

During this art class, you will:

• Learn how to pick the right surface for your project.
• Learn how to create an effective composition.
• Familiarise shapes, lines, scribbles and forms.
• Enjoy a discussion on Art mediums.
• Have a colour hunt - How to choose your correct colour palette.
• Discover unique materials that can amplify seduction of interest.
• Learn to create a focal interest and layering.
• Learn to use gold leaf and inks.

This class is limited to seven guests to ensure that everyone receives personalised assistance in completing their artwork, and you can proudly display the piece you take home.

Important note: To facilitate a smooth and enjoyable workshop for all, we kindly request that participants arrive 10 minutes in advance. Given that our studio is on the first floor, it would be unfair to ask other guests to wait while the class has already started to assist latecomers downstairs. We won’t be able to answer texts or calls after the extra 10-minute allowance.
