Part Trinidadian, part French, but having lived most of my life in London, a regular yoga practice after a motorcycle accident over 26 years ago brought me healing in so many ways, and I have been teaching for over 10 years.

A mother, a student, a teacher, I have taught thousands of students over the years, both throughout the UK and internationally, at classes, workshops and retreats. Every single session is tailored to the energy of the students in the room, where challenge and rest are offered equally in every class.

Sharing this practice, and watching students discover what they are capable of, holding space for people to feel safe and to release tears or to wobble and laugh is the greatest honour, and I can’t wait for you to join me. I offer online classes as well as in person, plus yoga workshops and trainings to guide students to go deeper into their practice, and beautiful yoga retreats to light up your soul!
