Art has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From a very young age, I was always drawing, painting, and creating, eventually finding my voice as a muralist in my school. What began as pure play naturally grew into a lifelong passion for creative expression.

For me, teaching is about creating a space where people feel free to express themselves. So many of us grow up believing we’re “not creative, ” but I truly believe creativity lives in everyone. Sometimes it just needs the right environment to come alive.

Art is also incredibly powerful. Research has shown that it helps reduce stress, improve focus, and allows us to process emotions in a natural, intuitive way. More than anything, it gives people a chance to pause, reconnect, and enjoy the moment.

One thing I love about art is learning to trust the process. What might feel messy or imperfect at first often turns into something unexpectedly beautiful. It’s a reminder to let go, play, and connect with yourself in a way everyday life doesn’t always allow.

I’ve hosted everything from intimate sip-and-paint sessions to larger creative workshops and team events. No matter the setting, my goal is always the same: to create a fun, welcoming experience where people can relax, connect, and tap into their creativity.
